The Canucks Autism Network going to be running our Sociables program in Kelowna! This program is for individuals with autism between the ages of 16-30 yrs who are interested in opportunities to get together and have a good time in a safe and supportive environment. The activity will change each time the program is offered to provide participants a wide range of fun, age appropriate activities to experience with peers. Please note this program is designed for participants to enjoy independently (without parents) as a means to encourage social interactions amongst peers. In October, Kelowna participants will be enjoying an evening of bowling and pizza with friends! This event will take place on Saturday October 24th from 5:00pm-7:00pm at McCurdy Bowling in Kelowna. Online registration will open on Monday, September 14th at noon, on a first-come, first-served basis.
